PTSA/PTSO Scholarships
The PTSA/PTSO provides 6 scholarships each academic year to deserving seniors in the spring. (Two career/trade scholarships--$500 each, two college bound--$500 each and two college bound--$1000) Applicants must be PTSA/PTSO members to be considered.
Congratulations to the recipients of the 2007 PTSA/PTSO Scholarships:
- Kathleen Clare Wade -- $1,000
- Jonathan Blackburn -- $1,000
- Anthony Jake Norman -- $500
- Krista M. Smith -- $500
- Catharine Sonntag -- $500
- James F. O’Hagan -- $500
In order to be awarded the scholarship, please complete the following process:
- The college/university must send us a letter on official letterhead stating that you are a student and that you have registered for at least 12 credit hours. Please have them include your student ID number.
- Mail the letter to CFHS, 550 Courthouse Rd., Stafford, VA 22554 to the attention of the PTSA/PTSO Treasurer, Dan Bradley by October 15th.
- Once we receive the letter, we will send a check to that institution in your name and in the name of the college/university so that the scholarship will be applied towards your expenses. No checks will be dispersed after October 31, 2007.
