Renaissance is a nationwide incentive program that promotes improved academics and attendance for high school students.

Did You Know…
95% of Renaissance Schools report increased grade point averages
63% achieve higher scores on standardized tests (ACT and SAT)
72% note improved attendance levels
60% experience fewer disciplinary problems
42% decreased their dropout rates

Area businesses support this program by offering free and/or discounted services to Renaissance participants. Cards are awarded quarterly that provide discounts and premiums at various community businesses (Restaurants, Salons, Music, Jewelry, Sports, Videos, Car Washes & Upkeep, Pools, Class Rings, & Much, Much More!) In addition, your CFHS Renaissance Committee will draw students' names on a bimonthly basis to win additional prizes such as free meals, free movie tickets and free CFHS apparel!

GOLD CARD: 4.0 G.P.A.
BLUE CARD: 3.0 G.P.A.
RED CARD: .5 Improvement in overall G.P.A. for grading period awarded each year, starting with the 2nd grading period)
WHITE CARD: 2.0 G.P.A. or Perfect attendance

To Register for the Renaissance program, please print a Renaissance Application Form (Adobe Acrobat Reader required), and have your student return the completed form to the CFHS office. If your student has already registered for the Renaissance program, they are in the program for their entire CFHS years. There is no need to register again.
